2007 - Service Coordination - County-wide
In partnership with ESD 113 Nurse Corps Program and Mason Community Network, Mason Matters was successful in receiving a two-year $189,220 grant to expand the Family Resource Coordinator pilot project to three more rural school districts. In September 2005, Southside, Mary M. Knight, and North Mason School districts joined Grapeview in offering comprehensive information and resource referral services. In addition, systems have been built within the local communities to allow unmet family needs to be responded to by the broader community. The Outcomes of Year One of the Readiness to Learn Grant are linked to this site.
In September 2006, with the assistance of Mason Community Network funds, additional capacity was added to Pioneer and Hood Canal School Districts.
