2003 - Housing Needs Assessment In 2002, Mason Matters entered a contract with Mason County to coordinate a Community Trade and Economic Development – Planning Grant only grant to complete an Affordable Housing Needs Assessment. The work was completed by Common Ground, a non-profit housing agency in Seattle. Mason Matters was responsible for ensuring that the local community stakeholders and citizens participated in the Needs Assessment.
